Parking at Australia Fair Metro is simple with our ticketless system.
Customer Daily Parking Rates
First 3 hours: FREE
Returning the same day? If you leave and return after 30 minutes, you receive the balance of the 3 hours free.
For stays longer than 3 hours, the following rates apply:
First 3 Hours Free
3.0 – 3.5 Hours $8.00
3.5 – 4.0 Hours $10.00
4.0 – 4.5 hours $12.00
4.5 – 5.0 hours $16.00
5.0 – 5.5 hours $20.00
5.5 – 6.0 hours $25.00
6.0 – 8.0 hours $30.00
8.0 + hours $40.00
*Payments via credit card will incur a 2% credit card transaction fee per transaction.
How to Pay:
If your stay is longer than three hours, you can pay easily:
- At the Pay Station: Enter your licence plate details at the pay station located on the ground floor Metro Garden St Car Park above Metro Market Seafood & Butcher
- At the Exit: Pay with a credit card or PayWave directly at the exit barrier.
Please note, this is a cashless system. Card payments only.
Receipts are available by pressing the receipt button at the payment points.
Time Parked:
Customers can check their entry time or departure time using their licence plate details at any pay station as they enter or depart Australia Fair or Australia Fair Metro.
Disabled Parking:

Staff Parking:
Australia Fair, 36 Marine Parade & Australia Fair Metro Staff
Australia Fair, Australia Fair Metro and Office staff can register for staff parking rates at $4.60 per day. Staff will need to apply for discounted parking by registering using the link below.
Staff must park in the designated staff parking areas:
Australia Fair North Car Park Level 5 Rooftop or Australia Fair Metro Garden St Level 2.
Terms and conditions apply. Standard customers daily rates will apply to staff who haven’t parked in the correct staff parking areas. No refunds will be provided. For more information on staff parking, please contact the Car Park Office.
