The Customer Service desk operates the following hours:
Monday to Friday: 9.00am – 5.00pm
Saturday: 9.00am – 5.00pm
Sunday: 10.00am – 4.00pm.
Australia Fair Metro has a small parent’s room, on the Ground Floor next to Southport Metro Medical Centre.
For a parent’s room equipped with microwaves, lounges and change tables, please visit Australia Fair. You will find these parent’s room located next to Medibank Private on Level 1 and next to Mister Minit on the Ground Level.
